Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Engineer to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing wireless network solutions for our remote offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop wireless network architectures for large-scale deployments
  • Analyze and optimize network performance to ensure high-quality user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement network upgrades and improvements
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our network remains secure and efficient
Requirements
  • Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWDP) or Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) certification
  • 8+ years of technical network engineering experience, with 3+ years of project leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in wireless infrastructure and administration, with in-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi 5/6/6E
  • 5+ years of experience architecting large-scale wireless designs, including predictive and post-implementation survey experience with software such as Ekahau
  • Strong understanding and support of 4G, LTE, and 5G network deployments across remote sites
  • 5+ years of experience designing and supporting network access control systems and protocols, including Cisco ISE and Aruba Clearpass
  • 5+ years of experience designing and supporting wireless access control solutions and protocols, including 802.1x and RADIUS
  • Strong experience supporting remote site and large campus connectivity
  • Strong experience with end-user device connectivity architecture and implementations
  • Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba networking equipment
  • Knowledge of QoS and network security functions, including firewalls and VPNs
  • Ability to manage complex multi-organizational projects
  • Vendor management skills, including hardware and software security vendors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting and implementing large-scale SD-WAN solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with DevOps, ITIL, and platform process and technology
  • Master's Degree in a technical field
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and Azure DevOps experience
Work-At-Home Requirements

We require a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload) is required. Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed for this role. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions is required to protect member PHI/ HIPAA information.

Pay Range

The compensation range for this role is $95,300 - $131,200 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
