Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Lead Janitor at 100% KPL'S Cleaning co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all buildings and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Organize and maintain custodial closets and spaces
  • Ensure the proper functioning of cleaning equipment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
