The successful candidate will provide tier one Cyber Operations Services and troubleshooting in response to trouble tickets and to a wide range of clients on various devices. Key responsibilities include:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing software installation and support
  • Coordinating appointments with customers to troubleshoot on site or remotely assist and provide walk-through repairs
  • Processing, prioritizing, and resolving trouble tickets using BMC Remedy on unclassified and classified networks
  • Managing Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI)
  • Managing user and administrative profiles
  • Backing up user profile folders across machines
  • Managing organizational web pages
  • Creating and updating presentations to provide reports and/or incidents to adjacent offices
  • Supporting the Base Equipment Custodian Office in deploying new computer equipment and turning old equipment in for disposition
  • Ensuring compliance with technical data, instructions, and work standards
  • Developing and enforcing safety standards
  • Interpreting malfunctions and prescribing corrective action
  • Serving on or directing inspection teams organized to evaluate base or command sustainment programs
  • Managing, administering, controlling, and evaluating contracts

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with customers and Remedy trouble ticketing systems, as well as experience with imaging laptops and desktop systems using imaging servers and removable media. A Security + or higher certification and an active Secret clearance are also required.
