Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students in a school system in the Southbridge, Massachusetts area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote student growth and development
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and productive experience

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Massachusetts state OT licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
