We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at REV Group Inc. as a key member of our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components and subassemblies by following instructions, engineering drawings, and parts lists.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components and making adjustments as needed.
- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors for additional resources.
- Maintain equipment and supplies by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape.
- Power tools experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to prioritize and exercise independent judgment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Bilingual preferred, English speaking required.
- Ability to work full-time and overtime.
- Team player.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40lbs.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and squat.
- Ability to work with arms above head.
- Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
