About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Leeding Builders Group, a division of AECOM. As a key member of our construction management group, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of various construction projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

In this role, you will interface with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort. Your experience and expertise will enable you to effectively manage subcontractors on large complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for construction projects.
  • Ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Interface with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of experience in construction, Construction Superintendent experience from a larger GC, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The estimated salary for this position is $106,800.34 - $197,580.63 based on location and individual qualifications.
