About the Opportunity
We are a network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, 26 brand partners, that leads the outpatient physical therapy field. Our team offers a range of opportunities for clinicians to grow and develop their careers, including mentorship and residency programs, partnership and ownership opportunities, and leadership development coursework and mentorship.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients based on their specific needs.
- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and community.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physical therapy and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
