Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Previous leadership experience or drive to complete the leadership development career track
