Agricultural Loan Officer

Compensation Package

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and service agricultural loans for existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze creditworthiness and approve or reject loans.
  • Prepare loan presentations and establish terms and conditions with borrowers.
  • Maintain proper loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Cross-sell bank services and products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in agricultural lending.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and overall computer skills.
