We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join the Quantrell Cadillac team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, including preparing payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
- Perform various billing duties, including wholesale and dealer trades, and reconcile associated schedules.
- Research and respond to all receivable and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and store department staff to resolve errors and unusual items.
- Identify and propose solutions to process improvement opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Dealer accounting experience and Dealertrack experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Great attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test.
