Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, is seeking an experienced Engineer for Advanced Equipment Validation to support the commissioning and validation of laboratory and robotic equipment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in writing and executing qualification protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key responsibilities include editing and executing installation, operational, and performance qualification protocols, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams during equipment commissioning and qualification activities.

The salary for this position ranges from $61,000 to $76,300 USD annually, depending on factors such as skill set, years of experience, certifications, and location.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Edit and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols for complex laboratory and robotic equipment.
  • Perform equipment verification and validation to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams during equipment commissioning and qualification activities.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in a biological science or biomedical engineering, or similar field of study, or comparable industry experience.
  • At least 1 year of industry-related experience.
  • Experience supporting lab equipment or similar required.
