**About the Role**

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing semiconductor fabrication process flows for advanced 3D HI applications using a wide variety of internal and external fabrication resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Four years of relevant experience, including one year of experience in nanofabrication and exposure to wafer processing and characterization in cleanrooms, including experience working with standard semiconductor equipment for patterning, wet and dry etching, deposition, metrology and characterization.

In this role, you will work closely with our research team to develop and implement semiconductor fabrication processes for advanced 3D HI applications. This includes running experiments, performing detailed process characterization, performing data analysis, documentation of processes of record, presentation of results, and incorporating feedback from engineers/techs.
