Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions with technicians to ensure they meet quality expectations.
  • Perform daily inspections (5 per day) to guarantee adherence to quality control standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing leadership and support as needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics and offer constructive feedback to technicians and management.
  • Assist with other tasks as required to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in training and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $55,200 - $63,360 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
