About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at Linel, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for painting parts and mixing paints on the assembly line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Painting Operations: Paints parts as they move down the assembly line, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintains equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Preparation and Loading: Prepares parts to be painted and loads/unloads parts on the line.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Cleans out paint pots, booths, and lines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skillset: Body shop and painting experience; knowledge of using spray paints and mixing paints; ability to analyze and problem-solve.
