Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy to minor clients and their parents/guardians.
- Documentation and Case Management: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, to ensure seamless communication with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other Child Services providers, including medication management, psychological assessment services, and other mental health providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Client Communication and Support: Provide empathetic and supportive communication to clients and their families, addressing their concerns, and promoting a sense of safety and trust.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, and clinical licensure or licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
- Experience and Skills: Passion and experience working with children, adolescents, and families, knowledge of developmental principles, and proficiency in using Office 365 and EHR systems, including collection of co-payments.
