TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Electrical Project Coordinator for a prominent European manufacturer specializing in power and electrical distribution.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position will oversee the project management processes for capital accounts, which includes:
- Entering orders into the SAP system
- Monitoring production and shipment progress
- Confirming shipping splits
- Managing invoicing and payment processes
- Tracking all project financials, including estimated versus actual profits
- Consulting on pricing strategies based on historical project financial data
- Maintaining communication with customers
- Coordinating lead times
- Collaborating with engineering teams
- Participating in ongoing project meetings and addressing customer issues effectively
This role will also involve moderate project engineering duties, such as:
- Reviewing drawings for potential projects
- Creating Bills of Material during the quotation phase
- Providing training and support to project installers
- Conducting site visits for troubleshooting and field measurements
- Assisting in presentations and sales discussions as needed
- Attending project meetings to foster relationships with key customers
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in a capital-level project management environment
- 5+ years of experience within the electrical construction sector
Familiarity with SAP, knowledge of electrical systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) are highly desirable.
