Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the development, design, and implementation of electrical projects for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage electrical project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Project Budgeting: Create and follow project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and control.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure project success, including communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of completed electrical work, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Scope Management: Manage any changes in project scope and budget, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in construction, electrical, data center, power plant, or industrial project management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in CAD and other project management software.
