Dishroom Attendant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Dishroom Attendant to join our kitchen team at Mamacita's Restaurant in El Paso, TX. As a key member of our food service staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient dishroom, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain cleanliness standards of the dish machine and surrounding areas according to health department guidelines.
- Unload and store dishes and utensils properly in both the kitchen and other food service areas.
- Empty garbage cans and maintain a tidy kitchen environment.
- Sweep and mop floors in the dish room and kitchen.
**Requirements:**
- Previous stewarding experience preferred.
- Service orientation and knowledge of customer service principles.
