Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Utility Person / Dishwasher to join our team As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized utility area, including the storage of supplies and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and maintain a clean and tidy exterior of the restaurant.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including replenishing soap, paper products, and other essentials.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Stock and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry (e.g., food service, hospitality).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
