As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with parking operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to patrons in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with parking operations, including directing traffic and enforcing parking regulations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust knowledge base to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license with a zero or positive point balance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, climbing stairs/ramps, and walking through parking facilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of parking operations and regulations
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
