OUR DEPARTMENT:
Family medicine caters to patients of all ages, from infancy to end-of-life care.
This service line encompasses 40 medical practices across a diverse geography spanning 9 counties in Western New York.
Each practice serves a mix of rural, suburban, and urban populations, with unique factors influencing care delivery. Notable populations include the underserved, refugees, homeless individuals, Spanish speakers, and Mennonite communities, among others.As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Family Medicine, you play a crucial role in ensuring operational success and delivering compassionate patient care daily.

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours
KEY ATTRIBUTES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patient Care & Service: Enhance and restore patients' health by executing the nursing process; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; perform various treatment procedures; provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients and their families; supervise assigned team members.
- Medication Administration & Reporting: Administer medications and communicate relevant reports, both written and verbal, to appropriate staff following departmental protocols.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
PAY RANGE:
$29.75
The listed base pay range reflects a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
