As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery network. You will work closely with Operations Managers, drivers, and customers to resolve package discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Track package deliveries, process and document problem packages, research issues when needed, and update OnTrac's proprietary tracking system for Customers, Customer Service team, and other facilities.
  • Assist drivers in the checkout process by verifying that all packages are ready for delivery. Report missing or not out-for-delivery packages and prepare packages for delivery as needed.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their package status when required.
  • Research, analyze, and report on daily compliance to management and prepare business reports as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year of related industry experience in transportation and delivery, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage, and work efficiently in stressful situations
