**Overview**

Bibibop Asian Grill is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and promoting a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
* Train and develop staff members with a focus on back of house operations
* Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
* Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
* Keep an eye on food waste and inventory levels and fix any food quality issues
* Order inventory through our multiple vendors, receiving and checking the quality
* Promote a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house teammates
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure great service and speed
* Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized
* Check kitchen equipment and make sure it's working well; get it fixed fast if it's not
* Make sure the kitchen and team meet safety guidelines to prevent accidents
* Fill out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and do Inventory Rotation (FIFO)

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is required
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service
* Proven experience in inventory control, shift management, and cost control
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
