About the Role
The Merchant Associate will play a key role in supporting the Merchant team in implementing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives and financial goals. This role will involve working closely with the Merchant team to analyze business trends, identify areas of opportunity, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Support the Merchant team in analyzing business trends and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of product assortments and lines for specified categories.
- Help manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, and facilitate interactions with the Merchant/Sr. Merchant team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform product strategies and decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional or retail experience.
