About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Production Coordinator to join our team at Noren Thermal Solutions in Taylor, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, industrial, and/or manufacturing assembly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble complex products from various raw and manufactured materials.
  • Use technical instructions to learn how to assemble products and utilize machinery to complete tasks.
  • Perform electrical component assembly, including wiring and soldering.
  • Work at multiple workstations based on production requirements.
  • Meet or exceed production targets on a regular basis.
  • Support the Company's Quality Management System by maintaining documentation and adhering to safety protocols.
Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits, paid holidays, accrued PTO, company outings, company-wide food events, and a 401(k) plan.
