Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Verify the accuracy of production tickets and pallets
- Assist with performing production start-up inspections and monitoring line operations
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Support the rotation of line team members and learn procedures for reworking errors
- Perform quality testing and complete documentation as required
- Ensure all team members are GMP compliant and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three months of production line manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
