Unit Information:
Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital's 4D Medical Nursing Unit is a general medical-surgical unit featuring 44 beds in both private and semi-private rooms. As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will become part of a welcoming and inclusive training environment, working alongside experienced nurses eager to mentor and guide you.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
