Biomedical Device Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Laboratory Technicians in Engineering. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the PI in fabricating biomedical devices, specifically sensors, microfluidic chips, and detectors. The technicians will have the opportunity to be included as authors in related publications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the PI in fabricating biomedical devices
• Characterize and evaluate devices
• Collaborate with the research team to develop new devices and technologies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Engineering-related BS or MS degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: optical fibers, electric circuits, clean room fabrication, and 3D printing
• Familiarity with microfabrication techniques and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
