As an Office Operations professional at LanceSoft, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our NYO Office. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support and functions, including mail/packages, large meeting setup and breakdown, common space and amenity upkeep
- Maintaining the maintenance of onsite equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues and working with vendors to ensure proper function of the space and its equipment
- Maintaining adherence to onsite policies and procedures
- Serving as the initial point of contact for the NYO Office, assisting with visitors and general office requests

About You:
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in customer service, administration, and facilities management. You should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
LanceSoft offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401k contributions, critical illness insurance, voluntary permanent life insurance, accident insurance, and other employee perks. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
