We are currently seeking a skilled Transmission Mechanic to join our team. The role involves working from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of parts, identifying defects and deformities using precision measuring tools.
  • Perform failure analysis on drivetrain components.
  • Utilize various tools, including gas torches, welders, hydraulic rams, and electric/pneumatic torque wrenches.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of mechanical experience or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and blueprints.
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship experience is a plus.
