Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care and assisted living environments.
  • Deliver compassionate care to elderly individuals and those with medical conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and nutrition.
  • Support patient mobility and transfers as needed.
  • Monitor vital signs, track intake/output, and document any changes in patient condition.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to adhere to care plans and communicate any necessary adjustments.

What We Provide:

  • Flexible employment options: Part-Time, PRN, Full-Time, and Contract.

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in South Dakota or eligibility for reciprocity.
