About the Role

The Accounting/Audit Manager will oversee and manage both internal and external audit functions while ensuring financial statements and processes comply with regulatory standards. This individual will lead audits, supervise staff, and build trusted client relationships, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and effectiveness in internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Leadership: Manage audit engagements, plan strategies, and execute audits compliant with GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements).
  • Compliance & Risk: Conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide advisory services for process improvement.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior accountants, oversee performance evaluations, and support professional growth.
  • Client Management: Build strong client relationships, communicate findings

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year based on location and experience.
