Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer with a focus on aquatic systems. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and safety of engineering projects related to water management.

Location: Platteville, WI

Eligibility: Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.

This position requires a talented engineer with a background in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, particularly in the aquatic sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, research, and management of projects to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. A valid Professional Engineer license is mandatory, along with expertise in AutoCAD and similar software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create detailed designs and documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical schematics, and design plans.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and research to assess the design and functionality of aquatic systems.
  • Oversee project sites to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Calculate material, equipment, and labor costs for project assessments.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including municipal boards and community organizations.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.

2. Possession of a Professional Engineer license.

3. Experience in civil, mechanical, or structural engineering, particularly related to water systems.

4. Previous involvement in aquatic projects or related fields is advantageous.

5. Strong understanding of relevant engineering principles and regulatory requirements.

6. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
