About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Engineer to join our team at BKOutlooks. As an Aquatic Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, researching, and overseeing projects to ensure they meet safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop aquatic systems and equipment to meet client needs and safety standards.
  • Conduct research to analyze the feasibility, design, and operation of aquatic equipment and systems.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labor for project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including boards, city councils, and community groups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Active PE state license (WI state) - (Professional Engineer).
  • Experience in sewer, septic, civil, mechanical, or structural engineering.
  • Previous experience with aquatics projects or similar industries.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, WaterCAD, or related software.
  • Experience in generation of construction plans, submittals, pay applications, and contacts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, good communicator, and ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly.
  • Knowledge of relevant engineering principles and regulations.
