Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to improve website performance, usability, and overall customer satisfaction, leading to higher conversion rates.
  • Enhance product listings and visual content to create an engaging online shopping experience.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine website layout, navigation, and checkout processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and marketers, to prioritize and execute optimization projects aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and launch eCommerce campaigns aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.
  • Develop market entry strategies in partnership with Product Owners and Marketing that resonate with target audiences.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong grasp of best practices and optimization strategies.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms, preferably Adobe Commerce or Magento.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard creation in eCommerce environments.
  • Experience in site customization and personalization is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and SEM.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
