Automotive Repair Technician B

AAA Mid Atlantic offers a competitive compensation package, including a 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week and a Productivity Incentive up to $1,100 per month. This role also comes with a 5-day work week, where Sundays and another day off are included. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided after 30 days of employment, along with 2 weeks of Paid Time Off and 8 Paid Holidays. A 401(k) with a 7% company match and FREE Company-Paid Life Insurance are also offered. Additionally, Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year and FREE AAA Membership are provided. Paid Training and Paid ASE Certifications are also included.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs: suspension and steering, brakes, electrical, heating and air conditioning diagnosis and repair.
- Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills and continue to develop additional technical skills.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance.
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least three categories within 12 months of hire.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
