About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Laurel, Mississippi. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being.
  • Follow established plans of care and make recommendations for changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
