About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Trident LTC. In this full-time position, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Caregiving Tasks: Perform daily tasks such as serving meals, feeding patients, and assisting with personal hygiene.
  2. Monitoring Patients: Regularly check patients' vital signs, weight, and other health indicators to ensure their stability and well-being.
  3. Communication: Respond promptly to patients' call lights, answer their questions, and report observations to supervisors.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  6. Quality Improvement: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.
