We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a leader in guiding our services. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to building a strong team culture, develop innovative programming, and advance your clinical skills while committed to ethical practices.

The ideal candidate is responsible for conducting initial assessments and creating individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. You will also supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, training, and ongoing professional development under BCBA supervision requirements.

You will be expected to monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as a proactive therapist. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other team members is essential to ensure cohesive and supportive care.

In this role, you will maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates and guidance on how to support their child's progress. You will also actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support our culture of innovation and high standards of care.

To be successful, you must have current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience in ABA techniques and interventions is required, emphasizing BCBA standards.

Compensation: $60-$80 per hour depending on experience
