Role Summary

We are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to provide essential support to our legal and regulatory departments. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to embark on a career in law or regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate tasks and projects for the legal department, ensuring they are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records efficiently.
  • Assist the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various legal documents.
  • Implement and manage legal/compliance technology and departmental resources.
  • Develop and streamline processes for the legal team while tracking the progress of tasks and projects.
  • Facilitate the preparation, review, and approval of policies and procedures.
  • Support legal budget management and reporting activities.
  • Assist with the applications and renewals for insurance licenses.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar, and administrative duties for the legal team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Business Administration, Political Science).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a legal, regulatory operations, or administrative capacity is essential.
  • Understanding of legal processes and terminology.
  • Experience with legal research tools and databases.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence or similar project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting Angle Health's expectations at the time of this posting. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
