Job Title: Partner Impact Grants Specialist

World Relief is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Impact Grants Specialist to join our Strategic Engagement Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective grant writing and partnership strategies to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write compelling grant proposals and reports to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and major donors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new funding opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure that grant proposals and reports accurately reflect the impact and effectiveness of our programs.
  • Manage and track grant submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in grant writing and partnership development, preferably in the humanitarian and refugee resettlement sector.
  • Proven track record of securing funding from foundations, corporations, and major donors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Raiser's Edge donor tracking system or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Storybrand framework and ability to apply it in grant writing and partnership development.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
