The Enlisted Promotions and Reductions Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying Enlisted Advancement reports, identifying discrepancies, and notifying unit commanders of any issues. The Specialist will also process IPPS-A transactions, maintain accurate and complete files of processed promotion packets, and ensure compliance with Army regulations and guidelines.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. They will also have effective communication skills for interacting with unit commanders and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify Enlisted Advancement reports
- Process IPPS-A transactions
- Maintain accurate and complete files of processed promotion packets
- Ensure compliance with Army regulations and guidelines
