ROLE SUMMARY:
Required Skills:
2-4 years of experience in a role such as specialist, coordinator, analyst, or associate within a Product team.
Managed small to medium-scale projects, developed schedules and timelines, assigned tasks, monitored project progress, and identified risks for escalation.
Proficient in documentation and technical writing.
Ability to comprehend complex systems and their interactions to ensure that solving one issue does not create another.
Proven success in a start-up or unconventional environment, collaborating with diverse experience levels and time zones.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving user issues, including bugs or technical problems affecting user experience.
Detail-oriented with a focus on process enhancement; eager to tackle new challenges, ask questions, and find solutions.
Familiarity with chat-based communication platforms such as Lark, Slack, or Teams.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in written form.
Key Responsibilities:
o Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will support the launch and ongoing development of a new Product within the organization, collaborating closely with Program Managers across various locations.
o Coordinating essential elements of product launches, including managing timelines and project-related communications, facilitating swift and effective decision-making.
o Reviewing existing documentation to verify content and clarify processes, as well as documenting new workflows for both technical and business users.
o Conducting research on current workstreams to gain a comprehensive understanding of interdependencies within the organization to aid Product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings.
o Contributing to ongoing process improvements by identifying, mitigating, and escalating issues, including recommending and implementing updated workflows for critical tasks.
o Acting as a liaison between front-line support and engineering to address end-user needs.
o Assisting the Product team with requirements gathering and documentation, managing the ticket backlog and workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in contingent workforce management (staffing, recruiting, MSP or VMS Software)
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its interaction with Product management, including ticket management and requirements gathering.
- Experience in writing SOPs, BRDs, QRGs, User Guides, and other technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
