This role will be responsible for managing a team of mobile technicians and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the management of a daytime janitorial team and provide overall support to the Citizens corporate headquarters.
  • Coordinate Vendor Activities: Lead service providers and coordinate vendor activities, including on-site event support, to ensure flawless delivery of facility services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal business partners and external customers to ensure that facility services meet the highest level of client service available.
  • Quality Assurance: Assess vendor performance and handle necessary corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Routine Site Inspections: Perform regular site inspections, develop corrective action plans, and capital planning strategies to address deficiencies.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee on-site facility management of maintenance and repair needs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interiors, structures, roofs, landscaping, housekeeping, snow plowing, furniture, and janitorial services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on facility management experience and 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge: Local, State, and Federal Code regulations, site infrastructure, and building systems.
  • Skills: Proven communication, follow-up, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, and a valid Driver's License.

Work Schedule:

40+ hours per week.
