Job Title: PG&E O&S Gas Transmission Administrator

Mountain Engineering is seeking an experienced Field Administrator to support PG&E's Gas, Transmission, Routine and Wood Management Vegetation Programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency within a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and disseminate information, catalog equipment, and maintain project organization.
  • Monitor ISN to ensure all VM Contractors are compliant with PG&E standards.
  • Provide administrative support for leadership, PG&E Representative, and/or PG&E Contract Project Manager.
  • Generate detailed reports for PG&E leadership.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree.
  • Strong administrative acumen.
  • Three (3) years of work experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience in a field environment.
Work Environment:

The office location will be determined and strategically placed to cover the geographic service territory identified by the PG&E Representative.

Typical office environment with adequate temperatures and lighting, low levels of noise. Exposed to the conditions of job sites which can include loud noise, dust, fumes, and extreme weather conditions prevalent at the time.
