We are seeking a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team at Pacific Companies, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in outpatient primary care with a focus on behavioral health.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
This position offers a competitive salary of $ 250,000 - 300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The company provides excellent benefits, including paid travel and accommodation expenses for locum opportunities, as well as expedited credentialing assistance.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a guaranteed 1-year contract, with potential to extend. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with a 6-hour per day schedule based on your preference. There is no call requirement, and patient volume is manageable, with approximately 4-8 patients per day.
You will work in a modern, walk-in clinic setting with 12 exam rooms, using the NextGen EMR system. The clinic has a strong support team, including a provider, medical assistant, scribe, and nursing staff, all trained in de-escalation techniques.
Requirements- Familiarity with behavioral health conditions, such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
- FP/IM board certification and current OR licensure.
- Covid vaccine and booster requirements (in accordance with OR bylaws).
