Job Summary

We're seeking a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to join our tight-knit team. As a certified BCBA with 1+ year of experience, you'll be responsible for leading our team and providing exceptional care to our families.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our team of therapists and provide guidance and support
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
  • Manage a small caseload of 4-5 full-time equivalent clients
