Private Duty Nurse LVN: Full Time/Part Time Days

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurses (LVN/LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients.
Job Summary:We are currently seeking Private Duty Nurses (LVN/LPN) to work with our patients in the Yoakum, TX area. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing continuous care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
