We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to join our team at Ageless Living Home Health. As a key member of our home health team, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients, delivering exceptional care and support.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, coordinate care, and administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including nurses and clinical management, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Accurately document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in health promotion, teaching, and training of family members to support patient well-being.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience with trach care, G-Tube, and ventilator care is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive hourly rate of $37.00.
