Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency screening services to individuals, children, and families in need.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement to develop and implement community-based initiatives that promote public safety and trust.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local businesses, schools, and social service agencies.
  • Provide emotional support, language support, and referrals to individuals and families in crisis.
  • Work closely with law enforcement to ensure a coordinated response to community needs.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote community engagement and participation in public safety initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach and education efforts to promote awareness of community resources and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience working with law enforcement and community outreach programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • English/Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred.
