Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention and emergency screening services to individuals, children, and families in need.
- Collaborate with law enforcement to develop and implement community-based initiatives that promote public safety and trust.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local businesses, schools, and social service agencies.
- Provide emotional support, language support, and referrals to individuals and families in crisis.
- Work closely with law enforcement to ensure a coordinated response to community needs.
- Develop and implement programs to promote community engagement and participation in public safety initiatives.
- Conduct outreach and education efforts to promote awareness of community resources and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with law enforcement and community outreach programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred.
